Lassen Cidery

Lassen Traditional Cider produces cider using local heirloom apples from regional orchards, fermenting and aging the product for several months without pasteurization, filtration, or added sugar. Visitors can taste the finished ciders at the tasting room located in Chico. The business operates seasonally when apples reach peak ripeness, reviving California's historical tradition of apple cider production.
